Can I bring additional people to staff my exhibit booth?

Yes, but all exhibitor staff must be registered to attend the conference and must be listed as booth staff. Booth captain must provide names of all booth staff to Kris Monro in order to be eligible to man the booth after staff member is registered.

What does the booth space include?

Welcome video – up to 2 minutes, can change out videos at the end of each day (optional)

Company overview – can highlight booth description, “office hours” of specific team members or brand teams, and any other items you may want to highlight

Live chat room with video and audio

Lead capture via “Email me more information button” and booth visits – Note: if an attendee clicks this button their information will be loaded into a report for you to access throughout the event

Exhibitor and attendee appointments with booth staff

Promotional resources for download – Can be PDF or other document

What are the logo requirements?

Make sure all images are at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution
Image dimensions must be at least 5 inches by 5 inches
We prefer vector EPS files, but will accept Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, .jpg, .tif, .png files as long as they meet the criteria stated above

When is the sponsorship and exhibitor deadline?

The deadline for researching a sponsorship or virtual booth is May 21. If an exclusive sponsorship is confirmed at this time, your company will be unable to feature a video ad.

When is the sponsorship content and video (only applies to select sponsorship levels) deadline?

The deadline for sponsorship content and video ads is May 3rd. All concepts for video ads must be approved beforehand.

When is the deadline for refunds?

May 1st is the deadline to receive any conference refund (this includes exhibitor, sponsor, and registration payments)

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event that written notification of intent to cancel is received prior to May 3, 75% of the total sponsorship level will be refunded.
